Welcome to the donation page of the Mira Monet Foundation. By making a donation through our website or any affiliated platforms, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and a shared understanding between our foundation and our valued supporters.
1. Nature of Donations
All donations made to the Mira Monet Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, are voluntary and irrevocable gifts made to support our charitable mission. Donations are not made in exchange for goods or services and are intended solely to support:
- Education & training programs in art, fashion, and jewelry
- Fellowships, sponsorships, and showcasing opportunities
- Operational and administrative costs necessary to sustain our charitable work
The Mira Monet Foundation reserves the right to allocate funds to initiatives and operational priorities at its discretion, based on programmatic needs and strategic objectives.
2. Donation Methods & Processing
We accept donations through secure online payment gateways, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, third-party giving platforms, and employer-matching programs (where applicable). By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable donation amount through your chosen method.
For recurring donations, your payment method will be billed on the agreed schedule until canceled by you in writing.
3. Recurring Donations
By enrolling in a recurring donation plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually), you agree to allow the Mira Monet Foundation to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the frequency selected.

4. Donation Receipts & Tax Information
The Mira Monet Foundation is recognized as a tax-exempt public charity under IRS Code 501(c)(3). Eligible donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Official donation receipts will be issued via email immediately upon successful donation processing. Please retain this documentation for your records or tax filing. We do not provide formal tax advice; consult your tax advisor for personalized guidance.
5. Restricted & Program-Directed Donations
Donors may choose to designate their gift toward specific programs such as:
- The Mira Monet Art & Design Fellowship
- The Future Creatives Fund
- The Creative Entrepreneurship Accelerator
- Fund-a-Talent Program
While every effort will be made to honor the donor’s intent, the Mira Monet Foundation retains full discretion to reallocate designated donations to similar programs or areas of critical need, should the original initiative be discontinued, oversubscribed, or fully funded.
6. Refund Policy
All donations are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases of proven error, such as:
- Duplicate transactions
- Incorrect amount charged due to technical error
- Unauthorized or fraudulent use of your payment information
Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the Foundation’s internal review.

7. Donor Privacy & Security
We are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of all donors. Personal and financial data is handled securely and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
- Donor information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without explicit consent.

8. Donor Recognition
Unless anonymity is requested, donors may be acknowledged publicly (e.g., event programs, foundation reports, or donor walls). You may opt out of recognition at any time by notifying us at the time of donation.
9. Legal Compliance & Non-Endorsement
Making a donation to the Mira Monet Foundation does not entitle the donor to any goods, services, business endorsements, or preferential treatment. The Foundation retains all rights to its name, logo, programs, and materials.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Mira Monet Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our donation platform, including but not limited to failed transactions, unauthorized access, or website errors.
11. Amendments & Updates
The Foundation reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the donation platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
